How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking 8-12 weeks before your wedding date to ensure availability. Peak season dates fill quickly.
What happens if a camcorder gets damaged?
Our kits are fully insured. Simply let us know if anything happens, and we'll handle the rest. Normal wear and tear is expected and included.
How many guests can film at once?
We provide 2-4 camcorders depending on your package. We recommend designating 4-6 trusted guests to rotate throughout the day.
How long does it take to receive our film?
Standard turnaround is 4 weeks from when we receive the camcorders back. Rush delivery is available for 2 weeks.
Do you travel internationally?
Yes! We can ship internationally. Additional shipping fees may apply for camcorder delivery and return.
What's included in the raw footage?
Every second of recorded footage, fully digitized and organized. You'll receive all the raw moments your guests captured.
